Southwest: sync your trips from CrewHub
Turn on Sync Trips to iCal in CrewHub, then pick that calendar in CrewParent Live.
In CrewHub, tap More (bottom right) → My settings and notifications → Sync Trips to iCal.
In CrewParent Live, choose Apple Calendar and pick that calendar.
Other ways
Enter trips manually (paste from CrewHub). Calendar-file upload isn’t offered for Southwest.
Good to know
- We never ask for your airline login.
- Simulator and training events usually aren’t on your crew calendar, so they won’t appear.
- CrewParent Live is not affiliated with Southwest Airlines, the Southwest Airlines Pilots Association (SWAPA), or CrewHub.
