Email [email protected]. There are a lot of moving parts to this app… from your synced schedule, to updates to the cloud, to gathering data from flight data providers. Please share with us any issues you have and let us know if you are crew or family, what the issue is, and screenshots if able.

Short answers

Do you need my airline login?

No. Never.

We never ask for your airline login. CrewParent Live only reads your schedule — from Apple Calendar, a calendar file you upload, or trips you enter yourself. We never ask for, see, or store your airline username, password, or crew-portal access. iOS gives apps access to all calendars at once. CrewParent Live only looks at the calendar(s) you choose, checks them on your phone for flights, and sends only the trip details you decide to share. Events that aren’t trips never leave your phone.

How do I load my schedule?

Three ways: Apple Calendar sync (recommended), a calendar file (.ics) from your crew app, or enter your trip manually. See what your airline offers on How it works.

How do I get the app?

CrewParent Live is coming soon to the App Store.

Does family see the whole calendar?

Family connected through the crew member’s calendar see calendar changes, even if the crew member is offline. If the crew shares an invite code instead, the family member sees the current trip only.

Will it update while they’re in the air?

Approved followers see the flight phase (for example departed or landed) from aviation data, even when the crew phone is offline. Flight times and alerts come from FlightAware and can arrive a few minutes after the event. New or changed pairings publish when the crew phone has a network connection.

Can anyone with a pairing number join?

No. Pilot or crew approves each viewer. A pairing identifier is trip metadata, not a house key.
